·       Signing Up for Delivery Route - When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your pick-up location, any notes regarding delivery logistics, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, check your balance, change your pick up location, credit card info, or password by signing in to your account.

·       Pay-as-you-go Payments - We bill your card the same day your Farm Food order is delivered. It’s automatic and you will get a statement by email. We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our ordering system is run by Farmigo and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net.

·       Privacy Policy - We do not sell, rent or give our email list, customer list or any personal /financial information to anyone. EVER!

·       Broken Eggs –  We’ll replace them if they were broken upon delivery!

·       Home Delivery Logistics – We suggest that you leave a cooler outside for your order if nobody is home. We can hang orders on the doorknob, leave them in the woodbox on your porch, tuck them into the car left in the driveway and so on – we’re game - but please be sure that the temperature of the drop off receptacle will be appropriate for the foods that you ordered! We would hate to see your eggs freeze before they make it to your table. And while your meats would fare just fine in the cold – it may be best to keep them secure from any neighborhood dogs or bears! We’re not responsible for the work of dogs, bears, or the weather once we’ve dropped your order!
