Our Fresh, Pasture-Raised Turkeys Weigh 20+ lbs and are BEAUTS!
Our pick-up window is November 22nd - November 26th!
Your Turkey and giblets will be fresh upon pick-up - ready to prepare for your Harvest Celebration!
You will find our delicious sausage available at pick-up for your stuffings, our rich broths for your gravies, our smoky bacon for your sides, our excellent charcuterie for your cheese board, and our usual spread of cuts, grinds, smoked meats, cooking fats, and all the rest.

At Keene Winter Farmer’s Market at Keene Arts - Sunday Nov 23rd, 10 am - 2 pm.
Saranac Lake Farmer’s Market / Park-It on Academy St behind Hotel Saranac - Saturday Nov 22nd, 10 am - 1 pm.
